The banking & finance industry is undergoing a major transformation. In the age of customer-centric, not only great opportunities come with digitalization and the use of modern technology, but also our customers have changed behaviors and are more selective. In the meanwhile, we grow and take market share.

For us, at TECH it comes naturally to think and work after the principal “Build – Measure – Learn”. It’s important to dare to experiment, try, fail and learn all the time. We don’t ignore the lessons learned, even those learned by others.

The team and its product owner, weighing both the business and technical value of each task and the supposed outcome. Keep in mind, It’s a joint-effort to prioritize the work that needs to be done.

Location Sundsvall, SwedenResponsible for a business unit consisting of a staff around 40 professionals within the medical field such as medical doctors, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapist etc. The business unit had with five office locations. Reported to the company CEO.
